The gallery and initiative were lacking a space to sit together. The initial idea of providing a conference table at sale Docks was translated into a lower table, inspired by the low Roman dining tables. The height and organic form play with the boundaries of the vertical pillars of the mezzanine. The pillars and table are in direct relationship to each other, creating a backrest and allowing different uses - sitting on the table, sitting against the columns, sitting on the floor, or sitting on a chair placed next to it.

It was largely inspired by the place itself and by the material that was available at the repository, namely the golden metal sheets from the Uzbekistan Pavilion together with three wooden plates forming the tabletop. It mainly consists of three parts held together by different ornaments on top, a multifunctional umbrella holder and yellow hinges. The tabletop rests without connections on aluminum profiles from the Danish pavilion and concrete bricks from the Italian pavilion. Stretching into each segment and reflective, fluid as the ground painting.

Being the object in the center of the space, the low table is playing with scale and proportion to become a little extra. The objects used as table legs, as well as the ones on top, play with the elevation of the usual staticness of tables ensembles. While putting things together, an almost dramatic performace on material compositions emerged which ended in fun and extravagant styles of waves, palms, randomness - though assembled thoughtful and precise.
